Q What size are the prints?
A You can order your print either 15cm high or 20cm high.  The length will depend on the number of letters in your name, word or phrase.  If the words or phrase appears too long in one line, the print can be made in two lines – let us know how you would like it set out.

Q Can you mix and match the themes in one print?
A Yes, you can have as many different themes as you like in each print (please select the Combination product for this option, and ensure you state which theme you would like for each letter).

Q How will my print be sent to me?
A Your print will be carefully rolled inside a bright red postal tube which will prevent damage.

Q Do you just supply the prints or can I have my order mounted or framed?
A We can arrange to have prints mounted or framed by a local picture framer and we only pass on their costs, no extra!  Postage charges will vary depending on the size & weight of the item.  However it may be more practical to have the print framed when you receive it as the postage will be cheaper and there would be less risk of damage.  If the item is ordered locally we can arrange delivery at no extra cost.

Q If I want to have a bespoke theme would this be possible?
A Yes, if you would like a theme that we have not done so far, but we think it would be popular with other customers, we can photograph it for you.  However, if the theme is a one-off, we would ask you to supply the ‘props’ and we would return them to you.  This is a good idea if you would like the recipient’s personal items to be photographed eg jewellery, keep-sakes, sporting items, etc.
